I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The location by Rutland Water is absolutely stunning, and my room was spacious and clean. However, I faced several issues with the dining options, which fell short of expectations, especially considering the advertised carvery wasn't actually served. The service had its ups and downs, with some delays and inconsistencies. Overall, while the location was remarkable, the dining experience did leave much to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. The location was stunning, right by Rutland Water, providing beautiful views and plenty of walking opportunities. The room I had was spacious and offered a fantastic view, but I was disappointed with some aspects, like the dated decor and cleanliness issues. While the dining experience was excellent with top-notch food, the service had its hiccups. Overall, it's a beautiful spot but could do with some improvements.

The hotel is situated in a lovely location by the lake, making it a perfect spot for weddings, which is why I was there. While the staff was excellent and attentive, the rooms were in need of significant cleaning and upgrades. The breakfast offered a decent selection, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, it's a charming venue, but it feels overpriced for the quality provided.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location near Rutland Water is stunning, offering beautiful views and leisure activities. However, the service was lacking, especially during peak times, and the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly at breakfast. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvement in service and food quality.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable thanks to its stunning location by Rutland Water and a lovely room with a great view. The staff were attentive and polite, making the experience pleasant overall. However, the room had some maintenance issues that detracted from my experience, including a noisy toilet and problematic shower door. Nevertheless, the value for money was decent, considering the stunning views and good food.
